Shipping Policies
- Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.
- We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", which is usually 24 hours after orders are confirmed, then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

- Currently, all products from Evebot are to be delivered by DHL Express.
- We execute flat rate shipping: 23 USD
- Shipping is free for orders over 150 USD.
- Products are shipped within 48 hours after order is placed.
- One email notification with DHL tracking number will be sent within 72 hours after order is placed
