الضمان المحدود لشركة EVEBOT

فترة الضمان 1 سنة

The warranty period starts from the day the customer receives the product. During the warranty period, if the product has a performance failure, you can enjoy free maintenance services. And with the original customer's purchase invoice as proof, only the original purchaser is entitled to claim the warranty.

خدمة العودة

1. يجب أن تكون جميع المرتجعات في غضون عشرة (10) أيام من الاستلام.

عملية العودة

To return an item, please email customer service at hi@evebot.cc to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. After receiving a RMA number and return address, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the return address.

المبالغ المستردة

بعد استلامك المرتجع وفحص حالة العنصر الخاص بك ، سنقوم بمعالجة عملية الإرجاع.

لن يتم توفير خدمة الإرجاع والاسترداد في المكان

1. يتم طلبه بعد سبعة (7) أيام تقويمية من استلام المنتج.
2. لا يتضمن المنتج الذي يتم إرساله إلى EVEBOT لخدمة الإرجاع والاسترداد جميع الملحقات الأصلية والتعبئة والتغليف أو أن أي عنصر ليس في حالة جديدة أو جديدة ، أي مع وجود شقوق أو خدوش أو خدوش.
3. لم يتم تقديم دليل قانوني على الشراء أو الإيصال أو الفاتورة.
4. Any fault or damage of the Product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the Product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
5. Product labels, serial numbers, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
